Star Yoga For Kids is based in the south of Sydney, in the beautiful Sutherland Shire.
We have regular classes in the community for pre-school ages, school ages, and for the whole family to join in the fun.

We are back on the mat in Term 4!! Yoga is the perfect way for students to end their busy week
YOGA IN SCHOOLS
Star Yoga is available to come to your pre-school, primary, high school, or vacation care to teach either regular weekly classes, or a once off casual yoga class.
We will bring yoga mats, age appropriate music, props etc, so all you need to provide are the children! Yoga can be practiced in the classroom, school hall, or if the weather is nice, we love to practice outdoors! Tell us what you’re learning in class during the term and we can incorporate these ideas into the theme of our yoga class.
