Yoga Playgroup is a playgroup.... with a difference!

At Yoga Playgroup you will actually be able to do yoga with your child, and although we plan activities and have toys to keep the little ones happy, these sessions are mostly focused on nurturing YOU!

I am really excited to be facilititating a Yoga Playgroup next year. For over 2 years I have been teaching yoga directly to children in kindys and preschools. I know that children come home from these sessions and show their new skills off to mum and dad, but I feel like it stops there. I can't wait to show parents how easy and fun it is to practice yoga with their little ones. You don't need to be a yoga superstar either (because, I am not!) you just need some time, and a sense of fun.

I can't wait to play and connect with both you and your little ones.
