Yoga at Cambrai Early Learning Centre - Term 1

Michelle will be back at Cambrai in 2025, for weekly yoga and meditation classes. Classes will be held on Friday mornings at 10am.

Yoga is a great outlet for children to mindfully move their bodies and practice self-calming techniques. (and it's loads of fun!)

This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

No yoga experience necessary!
