Yoga at Bay Road Kindy - Term 3

Michelle is back in term 3 for new yoga and meditation classes for the children at Bay Road Kindy.

Classes will be held at 2pm on Mondays. This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

This term will only be an 8 week term - so I have adjusted the price to suit. The two Mondays of term 3 where there will be NO yoga are: Mon 17th July & Mon 14th August.
