About The Event
Michelle is back in Term 2 for new yoga and meditation classes for the children at Bay Road Kindy.
Classes will be held at 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please choose which class you would prefer your child to attend by clicking either "Tuesday" or "Thursday" tickets on the following page.
Your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
No yoga experience necessary!
