Yoga at Bay Road Kindy - Term 1

Michelle is back in 2025 for new and exciting yoga and meditation classes for the children at Bay Road Kindy.

Classes will be held at 2pm on Tuesdays. This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
