Yoga at Bay Road Kindy - Term 1

Michelle is back in 2024 for new yoga and meditation classes for the children at Bay Road Kindy.

Classes will be held at 2pm on Fridays. This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

Term 1 will be a 10 week term, beginning on Friday 2nd February and running through to Friday 12th April. (There will be no yoga on Good Friday, March 29).
