About The Event
Michelle will be back at Bay Road Kindy in 2021 with fresh, new yoga and meditation classes for the children.
Classes will be held on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Please choose which class you would prefer your child to attend by clicking either "Wednesday" or "Friday" tickets on the following page.
Your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
No yoga experience necessary!
