About The Event
Michelle will be back at Bay Road Kindy in 2019 for another 10 week term of fun yoga and meditation classes.
In Term 1, yoga classes will be held at 2pm every Wednesday and Friday, commencing 6th & 8th February.
Please choose which class you would prefer your child to attend by clicking either "Wednesday" or "Friday" tickets on the following page.
This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
No yoga experience necessary!
