What a weird start to the year!
I think we can collectively let out a huge sigh of relief as things begin to return to normal. And as we begin to relax, let's make sure the little ones in our lives are also relaxing. Yoga is a great outlet for children to mindfully move their bodies and practice self calming techniques. (and it's loads of fun!)
Michelle will be back at Anchorage in Term 3, for 10 weeks of fun yoga and meditation classes.
In Term 3, yoga classes will be held at 10am every Friday, commencing 24th July.
This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
No yoga experience necessary!
