Yoga at Anchorage - Term 2

Yoga is a great way for children to start their busy week!

Classes will be held at 9:30am on Mondays. This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

Its going to be a shorter, 8 week term to allow for public holidays. I have adjusted the price of the term accordingly.
