About The Event
Michelle will be back at Anchorage in 2019 for another 8 week term of fun yoga and meditation classes.
In Term 2, yoga classes will be held at 1:30pm every Tuesday, commencing 1st May.
This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.
No yoga experience necessary!
