Yoga at Anchorage - Term 1

Michelle will be back in 2021 for more fun yoga and meditation classes at Anchorage!

For the first time ever, yoga classes will be running 2 days a week - Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please choose which class you would prefer your child to attend by clicking either "Tuesday" or "Wednesday" options on the following page.

This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

No yoga experience necessary!
