Term 4 - Homeschool Yoga - Seniors

Kids yoga is back for another term of fun and bliss!

Term 4 begins Monday 10th October & will run for 10 weeks (finishing December 12).

The seniors class will dive a little deeper into the correct technique and alignment in each pose.  As well as practicing yoga poses, your child will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. Yoga is a great way for children to learn how to mindfully move their bodies and learn to enjoy sitting in stillness.

These sessions run for 60 minutes, and  are perfect for children aged 7 and up. 

BYO yoga mat if you have one, if not, there will be spare mats to use.
