Term 4 - Homeschool Yoga - Juniors

Kids yoga is back for another term of fun and bliss!

Term 4 begins Monday 10th October & will run for 10 weeks (finishing December 12).

This term I will use song, dance, books, stories and games to make yoga fun and interesting for the children.  As well as practicing yoga poses, your child will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. Yoga is a great way for children to learn how to mindfully move their bodies and enjoy sitting in stillness.

These sessions run for 45 minutes and are perfect for children aged 4-6years.

BYO yoga mat if you have one, if not, there will be spare mats to use.
