Term 3 - Homeschool Yoga - Seniors

Kids yoga is back for another term of fun and bliss!

After a great start to Homeschool Yoga in Term 2, I have decided to offer an additional class in Term 3. The additional class will allow children to receive a more age appropriate style of yoga, and the smaller class size means I will have more time to focus on each individual child.

The seniors class will dive a little deeper into the correct technique and alignment in each pose.  As well as practicing yoga poses, your child will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. Yoga is a great way for children to learn how to mindfully move their bodies and learn to enjoy sitting in stillness.

These sessions run for 60 minutes, and  are perfect for children aged 7 and up. 

BYO yoga mat if you have one, if not, there will be spare mats to use.
