Term 3 - Homeschool Yoga - Juniors

Kids yoga is back for another term of fun and bliss!

After a great start to Homeschool Yoga in Term 2, I have decided to offer an additional class in Term 3. The additional class will allow children to receive a more age appropriate style of yoga, and the smaller class size means I will have time to focus on each child.

I use song, dance, books, stories and games to make yoga fun and interesting for children.  As well as practicing yoga poses, your child will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. Yoga is a great way for children to learn how to mindfully move their bodies and enjoy sitting in stillness.

These sessions run for 45 minutes and are perfect for children aged 4-6years.
