Storytime Yoga - Live Online Session

Join us for a 30 minute yoga session which will include gentle warm up stretches, deep breathing practice, a yoga story, and some quiet relaxation. 

This live yoga session will be held via Zoom, which is easy and fun to use! Once you book your spot in the class, you will be sent a link to join the meeting. If you're using a tablet/iPad/phone to watch the class, you will need to download the Zoom app in advance.

These sessions cost $10 per family and are open to all little ones 3 years and up. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in too.
