New in 2022!
Star Yoga for Kids and Shimmy Shakes dance are teaming up to bring you weekly Storytime Yoga Sessions in the Shimmy Shakes studio!
Storytime Yoga is designed to get you out of the house, off screens and bonding with your little one. Join us for a 30 minute yoga session which will include gentle warm up stretches, deep breathing practice, a yoga story, and some quiet relaxation.
Join us Wednesday mornings:
☆ 10am Yoga Minis - 2-4yrs practice with a parent.
☆ 10.50am Yoga Starz - 4-5 yrs without a parent.
