Storytime Yoga

It's so nice to get outdoors and enjoy this warmer weather!

Storytime Yoga is designed to get you out of the house, off screens and bonding with your little one. Join us for a 30 minute yoga session which will include gentle warm up stretches, deep breathing practice, a yoga story, and some quiet relaxation. 

These sessions only cost $10 per family and are open to all little ones 3 years and up. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in the fun too.

Keeping in line with current government restrictions, we will only have up to 20 participants at each session.

Help us keep a safe distance by bringing your own picnic mat / rug / yoga mats for your family to practice on together.

We will limit the use of props used each class.

Please stay at home if you're feeling unwell.
