Storytime Yoga

We are rolling out the mats on the lawn behind V House Meet - The Shire's cutest new cafe & florist!

Join us for a 30 minute yoga session which will include gentle warm up stretches, deep breathing practice, a yoga story, and some quiet relaxation. These sessions are open to all little ones not yet in school, and their parents and carers are encouraged to join in too! Come join us, and see your favourite stories brought to life through yoga!

Yoga mats are provided, and no yoga experience necessary.

These sessions are outside - so please come prepared for all seasons - bring hat, sunscreen, jumper, jacket.

If the weather is too cold, windy or wet, we will cancel the session for the week. We will make a decision by 9am Wednesday morning so please check our Facebook, or Instagram pages before you leave home to see if the session is still going ahead.

At this stage - we are only taking cash for these sessions (but please still register your details, so we can keep you up to date with the latest news).
