March Family Yoga Session

We are rolling out the mats, and inviting the whole family along for yoga fun! Stretch, balance, play, laugh, connect, breathe deeply and relax together as a family. 

The Details: When: 9am, Sunday 29th March 2020 

Where: On the lawn behind V House Meet Cafe, Sylvania Waters 

How Much: $25 per family 

How Often: There will be 1x Family Yoga Session a month 

Yoga mats are provided, and no yoga experience necessary.

These sessions are outside - so please come prepared for all seasons - bring hat, sunscreen, jumper, jacket.

If the weather is too cold, windy or wet, we will cancel the session. We will make a decision by 8am Sunday morning so please check our Facebook, or Instagram pages before you leave home to see if the session is still going ahead.
