K-6 After School Class - Term 4

The end of year is a busy time for students, and our Friday afternoon yoga class is the PERFECT way to allow them to unwind after a full, busy week.

Children will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Join us 4:30pm every Friday of School Term for an open style yoga class, specifically suited for Primary School aged Children. Term 4 starts on Friday 18th October and will run over 10 weeks. The first 9x classes will be our regular yoga program, and our 10th class will be a very special end of year yoga party where families, siblings and friends are welcome to come along and join in the fun!

We are a registered Active Kids Provider. Use your $100 Active Kids Voucher with us and all you will pay for the term is $30. Your vouchers will expire December 31, so make sure you use them up before the end of the year.
