After School Class - Term 4

After an unsettling start to the year, we all need a little extra TLC. Our Friday afternoon yoga class is the PERFECT way to allow children to unwind after a full, busy week of school. 

Children will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Join us 5pm every Friday during school term for an open style yoga class, specifically suited for school aged children. 

Please make sure your child brings their own yoga mat to practice on, a waterbottle & an eye pillow / scarf to cover their face.

We are a registered Active Kids Provider. Use your $100 Active Kids Voucher with us and all you will pay for the term is $30. 

** Help us all stay safe by keeping your kiddo at home if they feel unwell. We'll keep track of attendance, and make up classes can be made either in the school holidays, or the following term. Hand sanitser will be provided at the studio - please remember to use it as you enter. The studio will be kept clean and sanitised for you and your families safety. Yoga mats will need to be carefully arranged to allow for safe social distancing. We'll limit use of props and partner yoga poses for hygenic reasons.
