After School Class (K-6) - Term 4

And just like that.... Term 4 is here!

To allow space for the end of year festivities, we will meet for only 8 weeks this term.

Term 4 will begin on Friday 14th October & finish on Friday 2nd December.

Students will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Friday After School Yoga is the best way for your child to shake off any stress from the week and ease into the weekend.
