After School Class (K-6) - Term 3

After School Yoga is back in Term 3!

Classes will begin on Friday 21st July and run for 6 weeks in total.

Here are the dates of yoga for term 3:

Friday 4th August

Students will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Friday afternoon yoga is the perfect way for your child to shake off any stress from the week and ease into the weekend.

Star Yoga For Kids is a registered Active Kids Provider. Use your Active Kids Voucher towards the term pass.
