And just like that.... Term 2 is here!

Friday After School Yoga is the best way for your child to shake off any stressors from the week and ease into the weekend.

Students will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Star Yoga For Kids is a registered Active Kids Provider. Use your $100 Active Kids Voucher with us and all you will pay for the term is $30.
