After School Class (K-6) - Term 1

Happy 2023 to you and your family!

After School Yoga is back in the new year to help support school aged children with their return to school. 

Classes will begin on Friday 3rd Februrary and run for 9 weeks in total.

Students will learn to mindfully move through yoga flows, which help enhance their strength, balance and flexibility. 

Each class will have a specific theme, which we will deep dive into so children can learn, explore and practice, before having the opportunity to create their own intuitive flows and movements. Children will also be taught breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, which all help to lay the foundations for a meditation practice. 

Friday afternoon yoga is the perfect way for your child to shake off any stress from the week and ease into the weekend.
